What to do if you would like to be an ESC volunteer, but you still don’t have a project?
If you are aged between 18 and 30 and legally resident in an EU Member State or in one of the Partner countries listed here, you can become an ESC volunteer.
To do so:
- Register in the ESC portal: https://europa.eu/youth/solidarity_en.
- Contact a supporting organisation near you for further help! To find one visit https://europa.eu/youth/volunteering/organisations_en.
What to do if you are departing soon, but with a different type of volunteering project other than ESC?
You can still use most parts of the tool. Skip all of the chapters that offer practical information on the ESC programme (especially Module 1 "What is the framework?" and some further references here and there) and get information from other sources about the framework that underlies and regulates your volunteering!
